CASology 98 - Shine

This week's CASology Cue Card is Shine!

One of the shiniest supplies I have is mirror card. I used the smaller of the two petal dies from Papertrey and simply inlaid the petals into the white panel. Keeping it small allows for lots of white space, making your card feel very clean. I used a light, airy sentiment to help with the clean feeling.

I ended up creating another card so that I could also use the negative part of the mirror card. I simply cut around it with a circle nestability and then inlaid the whole thing into a popped up white panel.

Now it's your turn - let's all be magpies this week - get your shine on! Before you do, make sure you stop by the blogs of the other DT members for more inspiration.

  9. I love both of these--how fun to use mirror paper and make cards that are mirror images of each other. I love to see another person who can not let part of a die cut go to waste.
